Matthew Mozian
Practices in all areas of litigation and counsels businesses in their corporate transactions. His litigation experience ranges from business, construction and wrongful termination matters to representation of individuals charged with crimes in both New York State and Massachusetts. His transactional experience ranges from general business counseling and incorporation to representing businesses and banks in seven figure transactions. Prior to joining Campoli & Monteleone, Attorney Mozian was a public defender working in the Felony Trial Bureau of the Legal Aid Society. Prior to working as a public defender, he was associated with a global law firm in New York City working exclusively on large scale commercial transactions.
