THOMAS L. CAMPOLI, the firm’s senior partner, is a trial attorney who has been providing his clients with aggressive representation in civil and criminal cases since 1982. He has successfully represented over 1,000 injured clients and has obtained over 100 “six figure” financial recoveries.

Attorney Campoli concentrates his civil practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. Many of his clients have sustained amputations, closed head and traumatic brain injuries, back injuries including vertebral fractures and disc and spinal injuries, and severe scarring resulting from motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, defective product accidents, dog attacks, and slip and fall accidents. Attorney Campoli has vast experience in all phases of civil litigation, from the institution of claims through trial and appeals. Attorney Campoli has also successfully defended many civil cases for insurance companies including those involving complex coverage issues.

Attorney Campoli has also earned a stellar reputation for aggressively defending those charged with crimes. His thorough preparation, knowledge of criminal law and courtroom skills have resulted in numerous not guilty verdicts and dismissals of criminal charges against his clients.
